About Us
Who we are
Aeropivot Bookings is a Nairobi-based travel agency that specialises in premium and corporate air travel. We book business and first class tickets, arrange private, helicopter and safari charters, and run travel for companies, NGOs and project teams.
We started because booking a high-value ticket in Kenya too often meant one of two things: an online booking site with nobody to call when things go wrong, or an agency that quotes a price without explaining what the fare allows. We do it differently.
How we work
- Options, not just a price. We compare airlines, routings and fare types, or aircraft and operators, and explain the trade-offs.
- Rules in writing. Every quote shows the baggage, change and refund rules and the ticketing deadline before you pay.
- Local payment. M-Pesa, bank transfer, card, or monthly invoice for corporate accounts.
- A person after hours. If your plans change while you are travelling, you reach someone who knows your booking.
Who we help
Business travellers and executives, families travelling in comfort, safari and coastal visitors who want to fly privately, event and HR teams moving groups, NGOs and development programmes, and project operators rotating crews to site.
